Robert Stoffel was born on August 24, 1959, and grew up in Haddon Heights, New Jersey alongside his parents and four siblings. At just 16 years old, Rob met the love of his life and future wife, Joan. Their love grew into a beautiful family when they welcomed their daughters, Ashley and Jessica.
Rob built a successful career in the health insurance industry and, in 2001, founded his own company, Integrity Consulting Group. He poured his heart and dedication into the business and earned the respect and admiration of everyone he worked with.
While Rob took great pride in his career, he always made time for the things he loved most. He enjoyed traveling and playing sports—especially golf, soccer, and volleyball. Rob had a gift for making people laugh and feel welcome wherever he went. He made friends easily and had a way of bringing joy to everyone around him. He was a genuine person, a natural leader, a loyal friend, and an adventurous spirit.
Above all else, Rob cherished time with his family. He coached his daughters in many sports and played on intramural teams with his brother Michael and many close friends. Those moments—on the field, on the course, and at home—were what meant the most to him.
In 2006, Rob was diagnosed with melanoma. By 2011, the cancer had spread to his brain and he was diagnosed with Stage IV melanoma. The prognosis was extremely poor. Rob made the difficult decision to sell his company so he could focus on spending time with his family and enjoying the things he loved most.
